Cancellation Policy

• Confirmed Booking cancelled 7 days prior to Arrival - No cancellations charges applicable
• 
  Confirmed Booking cancelled 6 to 3 days prior to Arrival → 50% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
• 
  Confirmed Booking cancelled 3 days prior to Arrival → 75% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
  
  Confirmed Booking turning as No Show → 100% Retention charges applicable.
  

Check – In Formality

• As per the directive given by the Government of India - Department of Tourism & GOA Police, all Indian Nationals MUST COMPULSORILY produce proper proof of identification upon check-in.
  
  
• Valid Identification documents include → Passport, Voters ID card, Current Driver's License, PAN card or a Credit Card. Documents MUST include a photograph.
  
  
• All Foreign Nationls MUST COMPULSORILY produce a Passport with valid VISA.
